Packaging
Our
specialty gift baskets are created and carefully chosen to provide

in a unique line of keepsake collectible boxes, baskets and gift
containers. The beautifully designed stackable boxes are reusable
and adds the perfect addition to your home decor. For better clarity,
each design shown on our website has been photographed without
wrapping. Prior to delivery or shipping, your gift basket is exquisitely
wrapped with cellophane or closed with gorgeous hand-tied ribbon
and a handmade card. This is to ensure that it will arrive at
its destination in beautiful condition. Our goal is to offer our
customers an experience that is memorable and enjoyable.

The Gift Box respects your privacy and completely
guarantees the security of this website. Any information that
you give us is held with the utmost care and security and will

that when placing items into your cart and entering personal information
such as your credit card information you are on our secure shopping
site. All of your personal information is confidential and will
only be used to complete this order. If you are not comfortable

Substitutions on
Basket Products
We do our best to reproduce the baskets as you
see pictured on our website. Occasionally, we may substitute with
a similar product of equal or greater value. The look and feel
of the products will remain the same. We pay careful attention
to detail and each basket is made with love.
Hours of Operation
Our website and online ordering is always open
and available. Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday
10:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Customer service
is closed Sundays and all Major Holidays. E-mail's are checked
regularly and we will respond to your inquiries as quickly as
possible.

Please note that all orders are verified by address verification.
Please use your complete billing address and phone number on your
order form. If for any reason your address does not match, all
orders will be placed on hold until we can verify this information.

Shipping
Gift Baskets and Store Items are shipped UPS Ground
anywhere in the United States, Monday - Friday. UPS does not provide
regular Ground Service on Saturday, Sunday or deliver to a PO
Box. UPS offers 2-Day or Next Day Air service for an additional
charge. Customers will be responsible for shipping surcharges
incurred due to incorrect addresses being given on an order.
Delivery
We offer hand delivery to Monroe, Harriman, Highland
Mills, and Central Valley, Monday - Sunday for a fee of $6.00.
All other orders will be shipped UPS.
Sales Tax
An 8.125% sales tax will be added to your order
if the gift is to be shipped or hand delivered within the state
of New York as required by New York law.
